Triathlons are very demanding on even the most fit people. Combine it with stand up paddleboard and you have a whole new experience. Jennifer outlines what it was like participating in the first major athletic event since her son was born.
Jennifer decided to try something new this time. She would combine stand up paddleboarding with bike riding. The only problem is that she never did any of the training on the paddleboard. Somehow she managed to stay upright and finish that leg of the race.
Next was the bike ride and even though it took a little getting used to, she was successful and feels more empowered than ever. So if you ever feel like you can’t do something, just look at the determination that this woman had and know that all things are possible with training and a little heart.
