Relaxing: You’re Doing It Wrong!

Relaxation isn’t about being in a state without stress. In order to get into a state of relaxation, you must first remove whatever feelings or thoughts that are bothering you. The method of doing so is different for everyone, but it doesn’t matter what you do so long as it releases the excess feelings and energy from your body and resets you back to a state of nothing.

You could cry alone by yourself, you could go hit balls inside of a batting cage somewhere, or you could smash old things you don’t need anymore, so long as it gets out whatever the feelings you need to get out. Doing this will reset you back to your base and is known as self care. Self care is about getting your body and mind back to default.
