Everyone gets an upset stomach from time to time from what they eat or drink, and there are plenty of medicines for those ills. You could pay for expensive over the counter medicines or try some natural remedies for you stomach.

There are several foods which you should eat when you have an upset stomach, not surprisingly they are all healthy for you. Papaya and bananas are two healthy fruits that can sooth your upset stomach. You could add some mint or ginger to your regular food to spice them up and help your stomach feel better as well. Licorice, Fennel, and Caraway Seeds all have oils in them that are not only good for the stomach, but are tasty as well.
