6 Sneaky Food Prep Tricks That Will Turn You Into A Morning Person

Mornings have always been the bane of existence. I barely get up in enough time to get myself ready for work, much less even think about cooking breakfast. I rush out the door every morning with a cup of coffee (because my coffee machine has an automatic setting…or I could forget that too) and realize 20 minutes into my commute that I should have eaten.

This article has some great advice on how to actually get that meal in the morning (for us that curse the rise of the sun everyday…why can’t it happen at 10am?). I never thought of pre-bagging smoothies and tossing them in the freezer! What a great way to get those vitamins I need. Thank you Self for coming up with another solution to make my life easier!

Key Points:

  • Getting up in the morning is a difficult thing to do, especially to make breakfast.
  • The scent of coffee can sometimes be enough to wake you up.
  • Eggs are great breakfast for people on the go.

We’re obsessed with freezer-pack smoothies and you should be too.
