This happens to me at least once every few weeks. I get super excited and motivated by the idea of working out and I plan that by the end of the day I will have finished work, gone on a work out, and created a delicious and hearty salad for myself for a healthy dinner. Then I get held up late at work, my car has issues that I have to deal with, and by the time I get home, all I want to do is take a nap and order take-out. Or you have planned that your weekend will involve a great morning workout but by the time the alarm rings, you are over it and would rather sleep in for a few more hours. Either way, working out can be hard or it is perfectly normal to want to avoid it from time to time. But what about simpler work outs that are fun to do and aren’t that stressful to complete?
