Everyone’s entry into swimming may feel similar. First, we are all basic swimmers that can at least keep ourselves afloat in the water. While this is a great place to be in for recreational swimming, somewhere along the line we recognized that it could be fun to try upgrading our swimming to more of an exercise than just a hobby. This involved a change in our swimming regimen, but also in the bathing suits we bought and the types of pools we looked to train in.
