When it comes to working out, there seems to be a scale for how much you actually enjoy sweating and your body being tired. In the beginning of the journey, many of us loath the idea of taking time out of our busy days to sweat and run or head to the gym. Ideally, we stick with it and start to see results that keep us going. Then, over a period of time, the idea of working out starts to get rolled into the idea of our overall lifestyle and we actually enjoy it and find it necessary to de-stress over time.
