We have all been there before. Whether you are new in town at the closest gym, or have never stepped foot into a gym in your life, it can be intimidating walking in your first time! You mustered up the strength to find a gym that best fits your needs and price range and you muster up the courage to get on your old t-shirt and shorts and head to the gym. Once you arrive you immediately feel like you are way out of your league. You see people in coordinated neon outfits skillfully pumping iron and swiftly jumping from one machine to another. Your worst nightmare occurs when you try to test out a weight machine, only to have a muscular person line up behind you to use it! Are they judging your technique?
