After 12 years of working with a swim coach Jeanne Safer was able to change her stroke almost instantly. The swim coach had been working with her for months on changing her breast stroke. After viewing the stoke under the water with cameras the coach noticed the way she moved her head. After adjusting this the stroke was immediately transformed.
That was a moment of clarity on how adjustments effect the stoke itself. The swim coach later viewed a local masters group of swimmers that she knew and realized they had not changed their strokes in over 24 year. Her next goal was to begin coaching them. When you realize you have the ability to change your swimming stroke you think what else can you change.
