If you are like me, than you are often at the mercy of the elements. When the sun is out, you are much more likely to go for a run, or to delay an event so you can go and spend some time by the beach. When the rain pours, you will cancel plans so you can stay inside and read under the blanket. If it gets a couple degrees colder and even a tad bit windy, you unlace your running shoes and stay inside for fear of getting frostbite. I live in Southern California, so I couldn’t even imagine what it’s like to try to maintain a regular workout schedule in the frigid northeast where a lot of snow has just been deposited by recent storms!
