Many people don’t realize how fun aquacise can be. You may be scratching your head due to being puzzled, but it’s merely exercises which are done in water.

Who knew that you could perform vigorous exercises such as kickboxing or tai chi even in water? Well you can! Being in the water will allow you to work at your own pace and even longer than you probably would on land. Isn’t that amazing?

Resistance training is automatic when working out in the water so you don’t necessarily need to add any weight to your workouts. Your body acts as the weight because water adds pressure to your body. This form of exercise is used by beginners, pregnant women, old people, injury patients, and athletes. What are you waiting for? Jump in!
