Pain is a constant fact of life for those living with lower back pain, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. For the millions of people who need safe and healthy pain management for these diseases, there is an answer. Aqua therapy, or therapy done in a pool, has been proven to relieve these aches and pains.

The water in a pool provides the gentle resistance that gives the body the opportunity to exercise. This is possible because much of the weight of the body is supported by the buoyancy of the water. There are many stretching and strengthening exercises that are a low impact way to relieve discomfort from pain. Even the warm water from a hot tub can boost blood flow which helps with pain and stiffness.
